A former Boy Scout camp director and Muskegon YMCA water safety instructor charged with a number of felony sex crimes entered a not guilty plea Tuesday in a federal courtroom.
‘…blood, jewelry, and watches (were) scattered down Broadway for 70 yards,’ police said.
Norton Shores Police Detective Lt. Timothy LaVigne said there was “blood, jewelry and watches scattered down Broadway for 70 yards.”
The jurors took nearly two hours to agree on a verdict.
Wednesday was the first time that Scott Allan Herrick was accused of not only possessing and distributing, but also producing child pornography.
