Spectrum Health today elevated its campaign against Metro Health’s bid to do open-heart surgery.
“People are desperate right now, nobody has insurance,” said Aileen Newale of Twin Lake. Volunteer dentists included Dr. Elias Achey, owner of White Lake Family Dentistry and Spring Lake Dentistry; Dr. Jared Van Ittersum; Dr. Grant Gillish; and Dr. Darren Riopelle. Oral surgeon Dr, Mark Burye also volunteered his time.
