Officials with Enbridge Energy say one of its pipelines in the southwestern Chicago suburbs has leaked oil onto a roadway and into a retention pond.
Enbridge Inc. is running advertisements in local newspapers, including the Gazette, offering its apologies and promising to “make this right.”
